High cleanliness and frictionless sealing: Adopting VAT patented VATROCK technology (also known as MONOVAT technology), the gate plate has no contact or friction with the valve seat during movement, and only compresses the seal at the moment of closure. This fundamentally minimizes the generation of particles, which is crucial for precision manufacturing such as semiconductors that require extremely high cleanliness.
High durability and temperature resistance: The valve body is made of stainless steel material and has a sturdy structure. In the open state of the valve, the valve body can withstand a baking temperature of up to 250 ° C, effectively removing water vapor and impurities adsorbed on the inner wall of the chamber to maintain an ultra-high vacuum environment. The design life of its core components such as metal bellows can reach up to 50000 cycles.
The convenience of pneumatic drive: Unlike YE24 (which may be manual) mentioned earlier, P in PE24 represents Pneumatic. This enables the valve to achieve remote automatic control, with fast response speed, making it very suitable for integration into fully automated semiconductor or scientific research equipment.
