8個獨立的PID控制迴路：3個溫度控制迴路、2個計量迴路、2個壓力控制迴路和1個速度控制迴路，可同時獨立運作。
可擴展輸入/輸出最多 96 個數位輸出和 72 個數位輸入、6 組 PT100 溫度感測器、12 個類比輸入和 12 個類比輸出。
染色程序和染色步驟可以在運行前進行編輯，染色程序在運行或停止狀態下也可以運行附加染色程序和步驟。
每個數位輸入和輸出通道都可以直接從控制器適應另一個功能。
每個主功能可同時有4個並聯功能運作。
三種運行顯示模式：示意圖模式，用於監控整個染色過程、水位和閥門狀態；圖示模式，用於同時查看主功能和並聯功能；程式清單模式，用於同時查看主功能和所有並聯功能。用戶可隨時切換模式。
可記憶近15天的運轉程序及溫度曲線，以便必要時檢查。
