The industrial grade sturdy and durable design shell is made of reinforced polyamide material, which has excellent impact resistance and environmental interference resistance. The overall protection level of the machine reaches IP65, dustproof and waterproof, and can adapt to harsh industrial environments such as oil stains, dust, and humidity.
The most critical feature of handheld devices is the integration of hard wired safety functions. EPALM10 integrates an Emergency Stop button and Enabling Switch with hardware direct wiring. These two safety components do not go through HMI software, but are directly connected to the device control system, ensuring reliable triggering of safety commands in any situation (including HMI crashes). The enable switch provides two configurations: dual 2 position or single 3 position, to meet different safety operation habits.
Excellent strong light visibility equipped with a 120x64 pixel Translucent monochrome LCD display. Unlike ordinary screens, this technology can maintain clarity and readability even in strong sunlight, making it very suitable for outdoor or bright workshop mobile operations.
