Pressure fluctuations can be quickly corrected to ensure wafer process repeatability and yield stability.
Multi protocol universal communication, native support for EtherCAT, DeviceNet, RS232/485, analog multi-channel interface, can be directly connected to industrial control upper system; Supports dual channel vacuum gauge access, automatic range switching, and a wide range of pressure measurement and control.
Corrosion resistant and clean vacuum structure, valve body made of 316 stainless steel and sealed with Kalrez/PTFE, low gas release and low precipitation, resistant to corrosive process gases; The leakage rate is as low as 1 × 10 ⁻⁹ atm · cc/s, and the valve body can withstand a maximum temperature of 200 ℃, suitable for high-temperature baking conditions in the chamber.
