Low frequency high torque, stable starting under heavy load: no speed sensor vector control, outputting 150% of rated torque at 3Hz and up to 200% starting torque at 1Hz. Heavy load starting of fans, conveyors, and small pumps does not cause lag, and ordinary asynchronous motors can accurately control torque without the need for encoders. Equipped with AVR automatic voltage regulation, it can stably output when the grid voltage fluctuates significantly, automatically retry in case of instantaneous power failure, and avoid unexpected shutdowns and faults.
Rich control interfaces, adaptation and transformation: standard 0~10V, 4~20mA analog speed regulation, 5-channel programmable digital input, multi-channel relay output, supporting 16 segment multi speed operation; The terminal source/drain type can be switched, compatible with various Japanese and domestic PLCs, and the wiring for electrical control renovation of old equipment is flexible; Optional external panel remote control, the panel can be detached from the body for installation. All models are equipped with standard PID, and the water pump and constant pressure fan are equipped with closed-loop speed control without the need for external instruments.
Compact size, low noise and durable: using ISPM intelligent power module+16kHz high carrier PWM, the motor operation noise is greatly reduced; Compact body, DIN rails are densely installed side by side, saving control cabinet space. Full circuit hardware protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, motor overload, and grounding protection are complete. It comes with a built-in braking circuit and does not require additional braking resistors for small loads.
