Built in automatic inertia identification and vibration suppression algorithm, smooth high-speed start stop operation, high positioning repeatability accuracy, suitable for packaging, printing, and automated precision positioning equipment.
The XFBK100 expansion board has rich functions, integrating RS232 debugging interface, 4-channel digital input+8-channel 2A power digital output, supporting multi-channel encoder signal access, and can directly complete on-site logic interlocking without the need for additional IO modules, simplifying system wiring design.
Wide voltage adaptation design, supporting single-phase/three-phase 80~230V AC power supply, with an output frequency of up to 800Hz, compatible with incremental, sine and cosine encoder signals, can drive various AC servo motors, and has strong compatibility for retrofitting old European and American equipment.
A complete safety protection system is built in, with multiple protections such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, overload, encoder disconnection, output short circuit, and phase loss. Real time fault code alarm can quickly locate line, motor, and drive faults, greatly reducing equipment downtime for maintenance.
